AUTOTEC: IBIZA, SHOW AHEAD!

 It is in the old CITROEN (SOMUVA) dealership that some 300 persons were invited: the most loyal SEAT clients, financial partners (CREDIT MODERNE, SOMAFI), banks, well known personalities, as well as AIR CARAIBES (partner in a competition). As for the atmosphere, it was really there!
IBIZA is synonymous with DJs; the two trendiest in French Guyana. IBIZA is synonymous with wild dancers. They swayed their hips to a techno beat, before announcing the upbeat, the dance battle which accompanied the raising of the curtain on the new SEAT IBIZA; an attraction which captured the attention of all present. For Franck Panaget, Manager of AUTOTEC, it was of course, a question of making the new model known, but it was also about targeting a new market, essentially 20-25 year olds, with a product that is meant to be decisively young, trendy, of a distinguished and modern design.
In terms of figures, in terms of crisis in the automobile sector where sales noticeably declined, AUTOTEC should achieve sales 178 SEATs between now and the end of 2008.
L’IBIZA represents 64% of the SEAT volume in French Guyana.
