The LORET Group is a family-owned Group. Its owner, Mr. Roger LORET, started in the sixties by setting up a PEUGEOT dealership network for Guadeloupe.
Over the years, the Group has expanded its activities in the French overseas territories, Guadeloupe- Martinique-French Guyana, with the launching of ambitious real estate programs and with the creation of many new companies in various |

businesses, most of them in the automotive sector.
The Group is now managed with a growth strategy based on geographic diversification in the automotive sector specially in mainland France but also on business diversification in the French overseas territories (High-speed Internet, building materials, environment and communication... ). |

The Loret Group operates in the construction materials distribution sector through LEADERMAT with aggressive and original distribution methods.
LEADERMAT is a very successful company which has expanded its activities to Martinique in 2002 and set up a subsidiary in Saint-Martin in 2004.
The Loret Group distributes motorcycles (Kawasaki and Honda), scooters (Aprilia), sea scooters and quads through MOTOFIRST and MOTOLEADER.

The Group is also very active in automotive parts distribution with well-known makes like Champion, Lucas, Bendix, SNR, Monroe, Purflex, Aisin and Bosch (with exclusive rights for some of them) through SACI and oil distribution (Texaco) through SDVI since December 2003.
The Group started a new activity of fuel oil products distribution through its subsidiary WIP since December 2004. |

SECID CARAIBES is in charge of managing and monitoring the completion of each real-estate project undertaken in Guadeloupe and more widely in the Caribbean.

It has recently promoted a prestigious program of 74 apartments : “Résidence Les Flamboyants” situated in Gosier. The ideal situation of the residence constitutes a valuable investment for the owners. |

End 2002, the Loret Group has purchased SCPA Environnement Antilles-Guyane, a company active in organic waste management.
Named VERDE, the new company plans to extend its activities in this useful and promising sector in the years to come.

MEDIASERV, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane is an Internet Service Provider which propose classic internet access (through dial-up) and high speed wireless Internet (wireless local loop technology).
Mediaserv has signed a turnkey contract through its subsidiary Global Caribbean Network (GCN), to deploy a submarine cable network for the Regional Council of Guadeloupe. The project, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2005, will significantly expand the Guadeloupe telecommunications network capacity and will be very beneficial to the region’s economic development.

The extension to Martinique and Dominica will be conducted by MCN subsidiary of the Group.
The other subsidiary of the Loret Group, SCF will be in charge of the other Eastern Caribbean countries extensions, up to Barbados and Trinidad. Furthermore, Mediaserv proposes to enter the Digital era through its recent Triple play offer : La box mediaserv" a compilation of illimited phone calls, internet and television.

The LORET Group is a shareholder and also the local partner of the airline company Air Caraïbes and its main shareholder the Group Dubreuil.
With the launching in December 2003 of the line between France and Guadeloupe and Martinique, Air Caraïbes has strengthened its position within the Caribbean and also played a decisive role to meet the urgent

need of additional seats capacity between France and the French West Indies.
This successful start has a very positive impact on tourism in Guadeloupe and Martinique and thus on many branches of industry of the two islands.

The Group owns a visual indicators company operating in Guadeloupe and Martinique and an editing company of professional magazines: (ARC-EN-CIEL, Mer Caraïbes, InterEntreprises, Côté Pays, Altitudes, Terre d’Avenir,…). SEDECCA provides urban furniture.

The Loret Group has entered a phase of sustained development by investing a significant part of its profits in the strengthening of its existing businesses and the development of new and promising activities in the French West Indies.
The strategy of the Group is to

- Strengthen the current activities which generate cash, making sure that each company keeps a competitive edge and a leading position in its markets,
- Develop new activities :
- in the French West Indies, to benefit from economies of scale and synergies, and take advantage of opportunities in markets which are fundamentally prosperous: mobile telephony, Internet, building materials, environment and waste management,
- in Mainland France, to establish a second and strong operating base in its core business, car distribution, complementing the Group’s existing and successful car business in the French West Indies.
