When I am asked to characterize our Group, I say that we are a Guadeloupian, Caribbean group, proud of our values and achievements, and dedicated to the advancement of the territories in which we operate.
In each of our main industries: automobile, car rental, industrial cars and telecommunication, we aim to be the market leader, and our clients’ satisfaction is a key priority.
This goal means we have a duty to be a well-managed company in order to achieve our aims and maintain our integrity.
We care about our promises, employees and partners. Rigorous, control and ethics are key principles by which we abide in our daily activities.
We want to contribute in a positive way, with respect to the environment and the citizens of the region in which we operate, both now and in the future.
The laying of a submarine fiber optic cable which will link 14 Oriental Caribbean islands to the telecommunication global axis and the building of telecommunication terrestrial networks in four French Overseas Departments (DOMs) is evidence of our contribution to the development and advancement of our regions and the progress we have made.
We are proud of these achievements, which have involved partnerships with overseas countries (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, and Reunion) and their respective governments.
In order to continue evolving and moving our projects forward, while remaining focused on our ambitions, we have modernized our Group by introducing a Supervisory Board in 2010. The board is composed of independent and qualified people who monitor the business on behalf of our management and shareholders. We have simplified the structure, organization and business, while separating non-core assets.
With confidence in our roots, multi-faceted company and the skills of our respective teams, we have developed a cost-effective business plan for motivating all employees of our Group, which has helped highlight our trust in them and our long-term goals.
